High Grade Foods is not a full-service catering company. We only provide food and food related services. We don’t coordinate or plan events. Even though we don’t plan events, we will be more than happy to assist you in coordinating your meals with the event or take into consideration your guest preferences and requirements.

We have provided our services for any type of parties, corporate lunches, private functions, weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate meetings and more! We also offer affordable options for corporate lunches, which we freshly prepare and deliver at your convenience.

The food truck menu is generally the standard menu, with daily specials added. As for the catering menu, it’s just a sample menu. At High Grade Foods we are more than happy to work with you to customize your menu for all occasions. We proudly serve the best tastes from Jamaica and America. Your American or Jamaican/American event will truly be a special occasion.

Custom Food Preparation and Display  –  You are special and so should your menu. At High Grade we offer you a variety of samples to choose from, if you want a Jamaican menu or a combination we would be more than happy to help. All menus are prepared to meet and facilitate both personal taste and dietary needs and or restrictions, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. We can also coordinate the food display to match the theme and colors of your events for a uniformed presentation.  

Clean Up – Don’t worry, where ever your event takes place whether your private home, a rented space or anywhere that accommodates you, you can be assured that we will leave your space spotless of waste.
